Preparation for 11+ begins from Year 3, where parents and girls meet with our specialist teachers in sport, art and music to discuss which schools offer scholarships in these subjects. This is just the start of our Future Schools programme, which builds year on year.

Our Future Schools programme prepares girls to be ready for more than just entrance exams. Our broad curriculum and enriched education goes far beyond exam preparation. Our focus on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths), via an enhanced curriculum, specialist teachers and facilities, aims to inspire girls’ interests and talents in these important areas. We also establish skills for life. We develop our girls’ skills in communication and teamwork, the confidence to think for themselves and problem solve, as well as the ability to take responsibility for themselves and others. These skills are much in demand in the workplace and at many senior schools who are now diversifying from traditional entrance examinations.

Inside and outside of the classroom, girls develop the academic, personal and social skills to thrive in senior school. Performances, drama, presentations and other opportunities for public speaking result in our girls being articulate and engaging in interviews.

We’re very proud of their achievements  and wish them every success in their new Schools in the Autumn term of 2022.
